New features 💎

• Approvers can now receive reminder emails for their pending approvals. To configure how often reminders are sent, navigate to the global settings and configure notifications settings under the Notifications tab. There is a new toggle in the configuration section of approval stages in the workflow builder to enable or disable this feature for each individual approval stage. Read more about this new feature in the documentation.

Bug fixes 🐛

• Fixed a bug with the Audit Log where workflow edits were being stored as Created events, and all Enable/Disable events were not being collected correctly. These events are now correctly being captured in the Audit Log.

• Fixed a bug where users can’t transition a workflow when the Workflows user has no page access and transition conditions are set on the current page status.

• Fixed a bug where duplicate records may sometimes appear in the Workflows search page and Workflows page history.

Improvements 🛠️

• Workflows official version data for the Workflows Metadata Macro is no longer sourced from a published page (even if the published page has official version data) if the published page was published with a publish content action configured to use the ‘Copy Workflow Metadata from Original Page’ toggle.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence Cloud, so no action is required from you.
