Improvements 🛠️
Approval Tokens - we’ve removed the requirement for email addresses to be public when creating and using MFA for approvals. Your Confluence account email is now automatically populated when generating and using approval tokens, making the process simpler and more convenient.
Workflow Editor - you can now rename a workflow directly within the workflow editor. Click the workflow name at the top of the modal, make your changes, and confirm. The updated name will be saved when you save the workflow.
Workflow Creation - we have simplified the workflow creation flow.
Before, you would need to click Create, launch into a name/description modal, click Create again, then launch into another workflow editor modal.
Now, simply click Create and the workflow editor launches with capabilities to build your workflow and assign a name. Remember, the name/description of a Workflow can also be edited directly in the table of Workflows.
Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
