Workflows for Confluence - December 2024

We’re delighted to announce the December 2024 update to Workflows for Confluence has just been released.

New features 💎

• A new migration tool is now available for users who are looking to migrate from Comala Data Center/Server. The migration tool significantly eases the manual effort required to migrate to Workflows for Confluence, making the transition quicker, simpler and safer. Take a look at the migration tool documentation to learn more about how the tool works.

Improvements 🛠️

• In order to make our audit controls even more robust, we have added new transition types. These now show in the Reason column on the More Info page, giving users a clearer idea of why a page changed status. Please note that these changes will only be visible for new changes, and will not apply to historical events.

  • For bulk changes, the column now states state BULK CHANGE.

  • If a new workflow was added to the page via the workflow migration tool, the column now states WORKFLOW MIGRATION.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
