We’re delighted to announce the December 2024 update to Workflows for Confluence has just been released.

A new migration tool is now available for users who are looking to migrate from Comala Data Center/Server. The migration tool significantly eases the manual effort required to migrate to Workflows for Confluence, making the transition quicker, simpler and safer. Take a look at the migration tool documentation to learn more about how the tool works.

In order to make our audit controls even more robust, we have added new transition types. These now show in the Reason column on the More Info page, giving users a clearer idea of why a page changed status. Please note that these changes will only be visible for new changes, and will not apply to historical events.
- For bulk changes, the column now states state BULK CHANGE.
- If a new workflow was added to the page via the workflow migration tool, the column now states WORKFLOW MIGRATION.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
