New features 💎
We’ve released a new and improved Workflow Builder that’s now the default experience for creating and editing workflows.
The new Builder delivers a more streamlined and intuitive way to design and manage workflows. It features enhanced accessibility and usability, more transparent and upfront step configuration, improved step-specific validations, the ability to undo step deletions, dark mode support, and expanded in-builder guidance to make help and support easier to access when you need it.
We have added the ability to export your Page History (reached by clicking More Info in the byline) to a CSV file. On the history page, there is now an export button which, when clicked, will automatically download all history rows, along with approval information, to a CSV file.
Improvements 🛠️
We’ve continued migrating the app to the Forge platform to enhance performance and reliability. In January, the following components were successfully migrated:
Workflows Search page
Metadata macro
Approvers macro
Updated the Page History table to remove a redundant column (More) and rename the Comments column to Approval Information to better reflect the data which is displayed when opening the display.
Bug fixes 🐛
Fixed an issue where Official Versions were not created on draft pages.
Fixed a brief, incorrect display of the “No Quorum Met” message during Approval Stage transitions.
Fixed an issue where Credentials could not be searched and selected in the Auth Webhook action.
Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence Cloud, so no action is required from you.
