We’re delighted to announce the October 2024 update to Workflows for Confluence has just been released.
Improvements 🛠️
-
Released a security patch to address any emerging vulnerabilities
-
We have improved the integration between Confluence’s Page Properties macro and Workflows' Workflows Metadata macro, specifically for the Workflow Status and Current Official Version options
Bug fixes 🐛
-
When importing workflows into the space-level Workflows page, they will now appear without requiring a refresh
-
In various tables, long user names will now correctly display within the boundary of their table cell
-
When configuring an approval stage to use the per group quorum option, the workflow will automatically adjust the quorum option to all if no approver user groups are available
-
When a page is created via the publish content action and a workflow is applied to the published page, the Workflows status of the published page is not changed by subsequent uses of the publish content action
-
The search/filter functionality for the workflows dropdown has now been fixed
-
If a Workflows Official Version is approved multiple times, only the first approval will now be displayed in the Document Control Table macro
Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
