We’re delighted to announce the May 2024 update to Workflows for Confluence has just been released.

Improvements 🛠️

The Workflow Builder has had some visual improvements - we now use lines instead of curves for the connectors between statuses
We now display notification flags at the start and end of each transition so that you can easily see whether a transition is in progress and a confirmation that it completed successfully

Bug fixes 🐛

For the auth webhook action, you can now use wildcard (*) to specify a domain. Any custom auth headers configured for your auth webhook will now also be included within the webhook when it is triggered
When the Workflows Metadata macro → Current Official Version Description is added to a page without a workflow, it will now display ‘No Official Version’ to indicate that there is no data to be shown

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
