Improvements 🛠️

  • We released some improvements to auto-assign and default workflows

    • The page no longer needs to be reloaded to see the auto-assigned or default workflow

    • Auto-assign and default workflows now ignore the ‘Add Workflows to Pages’ permission

    • In the workflow page history

      • Auto-assign and default workflows are now attributed to the ‘Workflows for Confluence’ user

      • We now record the reasons for these workflow assignments

Bug fixes 🐛

  • Fixed a bug where the space settings were accessible by users who aren’t space admins

  • Fixed a bug where scans for the Comala DC migration tool were failing for large spaces

  • Fixed a bug with page variable substitution for pages created or updated by anonymous users

  • Fixed a bug with the Expiry date display of the Workflows Metadata macro for deleted statuses

  • Fixed an intermittent bug with workflow creation not opening the workflow editor

  • Fixed a bug with the Page restrictions action for pages created or owned by an anonymous user
