We have introduced an Archived step to the workflow builder - a terminal step that you can use at the end of your workflow to archive a page and its nested content. Use the new step to manually transition into an Archived status, or set up your workflow to automatically archive the page after a set period of time. Find more info here.

We have introduced a new toggle to the ‘Access’ tab in Workflows settings, “Give Workflows content archive access across all spaces”, which allows the new Archived step to work as expected.

When viewing ‘Completed Actions’ on a page, it will now respect any workflow history that was removed at the point of a workflow being removed from the page.
