Workflows for Confluence - June 2025

We’re delighted to announce the June 2025 update to Workflows for Confluence has just been released.

Improvements 🛠️

• In order to better facilitate Ad-hoc Approvers, we have removed the restraint on Approved Quorum Size and Rejected Quorum Size such that you can now set a quorum which is greater than the number of approvers defined on the stage itself. There is now a dropdown allowing the option of All, and 1 to 50.

Bug fixes 🐛

• When migrating a workflow, you will now correctly be able to map Create Official Version statuses.

• Approvers will now display on the search page for approval stages as expected.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
