New features 💎
-
We’ve created a new Workflows Official Version Description macro to replace and improve the display of the “current official version description” in the existing Workflows Metadata macro.
-
Any existing usages of “current official version description” via the Workflows Metadata macro will continue to work reliably. You do not need to replace any old macros.
-
Going forward, please use the new Workflows Official Version Description macro as it improves how the description is displayed.
-
-
We’re introducing officially supported content properties in Workflows, starting with metadata for the latest finalised official version.
Improvements 🛠️
-
The Byline now makes it explicit when an action cannot be performed because another user has already transitioned the Workflow - you will see a “Workflow is already transitioned” flag and the Byline will refresh for you automatically.
Bug fixes 🐛
-
Fixed a bug where approval reminders could be sent for approvals that a user has already approved or rejected.
-
Fixed an issue with migrations (from deleting workflows and from Comala DC) that could prevent transitioning to previous or the initial step on edit.
-
Fixed a bug where the Apply workflow modal would sometimes load perpetually.
Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
