Workflows for Confluence - February 2025

We’re delighted to announce the February 2025 update to Workflows for Confluence has just been released.

New features 💎

• You can now export the Workflows Approvers Metadata macro to PDF and Word, which includes both the All Approvers for Current Workflow option as well as the Latest Approvals for Current Workflow option.

• We are expanding our support for interacting with the page owner role. These interaction points are being added to the Workflow Builder, and you can now choose to send notifications to page owners in the following areas:

  • Email on Expire - available for page statuses and approval stages

  • Email on Transition - available for page statuses and approval stages

  • Email on Action - available for approval stages only

  • more coming soon!

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
