We have made stability improvements to the Document Control Table macro.
- Its data is more accurate, especially when interacting with other features such as Publish Content (where the data of the original page should be shown having copied Workflow Metadata from the original page).
- Also, we have resolved issues with the Document Control Table failing to show all info on pages with many versions and sets of approvals.
When utilising the Approval Management Macro, any page currently in an approval stage for which the macro is enabled in the workflow builder will correctly pull in any approvers already defined in the macro.
An issue has been resolved where sometimes users were unable to add Additional Approvers to pages in approval stages with additional approvers enabled.

With the different quorum options for approvals - normal approval quorum, rejection quorum, and per group approval quorums, the approval numbers in the byline were often incorrect as a simple counter cannot reflect the complexity of the different quorums. These confusing numbers have now been removed, and future work is planned to bring the full quorum information into the byline itself.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence Cloud, so no action is required from you.
