Workflows for Confluence - August 2024

We’re delighted to announce the August 2024 update to Workflows for Confluence has just been released.

Improvements 🛠️

• We have made some performance improvements to data retrievals, which will decrease loading times.

• The Email action will now display a warning in the Completed Actions table when an email is not sent to a user due to them opting not to receive emails from Workflows for Confluence.

• On the Search page, we changed the existing Workflow hidden due to insufficient permissions message to Search entry hidden due to space or page restrictions. The new message adds clarity to why an entry on the Search page may be hidden from the logged in user.

Bug fixes 🐛

• Fixed a bug affecting the recently renamed ‘toggle buttons’ on Publish Content nodes (Copy Additional Attachments, Copy Additional Page Restrictions, Copy Additional Labels). For some workflows, these toggle buttons may not have been displaying the correct values and publishing may have been using these incorrect values.

• When one or more users have opted not to receive emails from Workflows for Confluence and they are marked as a recipients in the Email action, all other recipients will now correctly receive an email.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
