Workflows for Confluence - January 2025

We’re delighted to announce the January 2025 update to Workflows for Confluence has just been released.

New features 💎

• Two new features are now available as part of our recently released app migration tool:

  • You can now skip pages which already have a Workflows workflow applied. If you select this option, the scan will only return pages which don’t already have a Workflows workflow.

  • Previously, it was required for the Workflows user to have edit access to the page. With this month’s release, it is now sufficient for the Workflows user to have view only access provided that the user who triggers the scan/migration has edit access. Both configurations of page restrictions now deliver a successful migration.

Improvements 🛠️

• We have improved the Byline such that it will not size incorrectly with scrollbars in more cases.

• We have improved the performance while opening the Byline to reduce loading times.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
