Workflows for Confluence - February 2023

We’re delighted to announce the February 2023 update to Workflows for Confluence has just been released.

New features 🚀

• Added a new option to the Publish Content Action called Publish Source Page Workflow Status

  • When switched on, the macros on the published page will display the Workflows metadata of the source page at the point of publishing

  • Please note that this is a static link - the macros on the published page will be a snapshot of the metadata of the source page at that point in time, and transitioning the source page will not impact them

Bug fixes 🐛

• Updated the default payload used for the Slack integration action

• Fixed a problem that prevented users from viewing approval comments

• Resolved an issue which caused an error to show when a user was removed from the Users field on the Workflows Search page

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Confluence, so no action is required from you.
