Actions

Actions are a useful feature when designing your Workflows. They give you the ability to apply a range of updates to your pages as they progress through a workflow.

Below is an example of a simple Approval Workflow that includes some of the Actions available in Workflows for Confluence.

These actions are similar to Jira’s post functions, where they occur during the transition from one status to another.
