Send Email | AppFox

The email action allows you to send an on the fly email to a list of users, where you define what goes into the email.

This action allows for variable substitution! To learn more read the guide here: Variable Substitution.

The available configuration is as follows:

Name of Field	Type of Field	Description
Recipients	User and group select	Select the users and groups you wish to send the email to.
Recipients by role	Role select	Select the roles you wish to send the email to.
Add subject	Text field	The subject that will be set on the email they receive.
Add header	Text field	The heading of the email.
Add body	Text field	The message that will be included underneath the heading.
