Viewing AI Classification Audit Logs

Upon AI classification of a page, audit log events are created in Compliance’s global Audit Log. To filter for AI classification events, select AI Page Classification from Event type dropdown.

Each event logged will note the level applied to the page alongside a confidence score. This confidence score signifies how appropriate the AI model believes it’s chosen classification is.

More information can be viewed about each classification made by clicking Show more on an AI Page Classification event.

This information is only available to administrators who can view Compliance’s Audit Log.

The information displayed is the:

  • oldLevel: The previous classification level applied

  • newLevel: The new classification level applied

  • oldSubLevel: The previous sub-level applied

  • newSubLevel: The new sub-level applied

  • reasoning: An explanation of why the AI applied a given classification level given the content of the page

  • confidence: A 0-1 score signifying how confident the AI is that its chosen level is appropriate. A higher value indicates more confidence in the chosen classification level

No classifications will be made with a confidence score of less than 0.7
