Improvements 🛠️

  • We’ve released some improvements to the search page:

    • You can now select both overall and user statuses to filter by

    • You can now select which columns should be displayed

    • The scrolling behaviour has been improved

  • More history events are now being recorded for page approvals

    • We now record changes to the overall approval status as well as for the status of individual approvers

    • For example, we now record when individual users are requested to approve a page

  • We’ve made improvements to the stability and security of page approvals

Bug fixes 🐛

  • Fixed a bug where a failed email while bulk approving or rejecting page approvals prevented the history being updated

  • Fixed a bug where the minimum required approvers field of the page approval status macro was shown incorrectly when the minimum required approvals setting has not been set

  • Fixed a bug where the page approval settings editor would default to having an interval expiry set in spaces where the default page approval settings have never been changed

  • Fixed a bug where the byline would error for expired page approvals
