New features 💎

  • Approvals for Confluence now fully supports live docs.

    • Approvers can now approve/reject with section approvals.

    • The Expire on Edit feature for page approvals and section approvals is now supported for live docs. Note: the approval status may take up to 15 minutes to expire after an edit session ends.

    • Section approvals applied to live docs via page templates are now supported.

    • Section approvals applied to live docs via copying or bulk copying live docs are now supported.

Improvements 🛠️

  • We have released stability improvements for section approvals.

Bug fixes 🐛

  • Fixed an issue where the byline would load perpetually for pages without a page approval set up where the user doesn’t have edit permissions on the page.

  • Fixed a bug where a previously left comment would be incorrectly attributed to an approval made via bulk change.

  • Fixed a bug where overall section approval status changes would not be recorded in the approval history if bulk change was used.
