It comes with a wide range of functionality but it has two core features; data classification levels and access restrictions for Confluence pages, both of which can be customized to meet the needs of your organization.

Installing Compliance

The first step is to ensure Compliance is installed on your Confluence instance. We’ve created this useful guide that will walk you through the installation process from start to finish.

Once you have Compliance installed on your Confluence instance, it’s worth taking some time to familiarise yourself with it and all the options that are available.

Compliance is packed with different features, and you won’t likely need all of these when you first start using the app. In addition, Compliance is predominantly an admin-controlled solution, but there are some features that remain accessible to Confluence users (e.g. classification levels).
