We’re delighted to announce the January 2024 update to Approvals for Confluence Cloud has just been released. This release includes a number of bug fixes.

Bug fixes 🐛

When exporting a page to PDF or Word, the Page Approval Status macro will now correctly render if the macro settings have not been changed
Guest Users now function as expected when added as approvers to Page Approvals. Please view our documentation about how guest users can interact with Approvals for Confluence.
The Page Approval Status and Section Approval macros will now correctly export to Word
The Deprecated Section Approval macro will now correctly display existing data and not a blank window
Section Approvals will now correctly display on pages which have page restrictions applied

Improvements 🛠️

Released a security patch to address any emerging vulnerabilities
