We’ve fixed a bug which was causing board access counts to not be updated correctly in some cases.
Updating to the latest version: Navigate to the Manage apps section of Jira Administration (via the Settings icon in the top right of the Jira navigation menu). Find Optimizer for Jira in the list of apps and click Update.
