Email Notifications

Email notifications are a great way to keep your teams informed about the progress of pending approvals. There are two types of email notification:

  • Notifications for the review team: These will notify the team when content is waiting for their review. these can be configured for both page and section approvals.

  • Notifications for the Content Owner: These will keep the individual updated as their content progresses through the approval process. These can only be configured for page approvals.
