We’re delighted to announce the May 2025 update to Approvals for Confluence Cloud has just been released.

Bug fixes 🐛

  • On the Page Approval History page, there will now be correct entries for Cleared and Created. When all approvers are removed from a Page Approval, a Cleared entry will always be added. When a Page Approval is created after being Cleared, a Created entry will always be added.

Improvements 🛠️

  • Improved validation for the approval quorum and expiry date fields in the Page Approval settings. This gives users improved feedback if they are incorrectly setting these fields.

  • The terminology across Page Approvals and Section Approvals is now consistent, and the status In Review has been renamed to Pending.

  • When exporting a Page Approval’s history, there is now a column which contains the users' display name.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Approvals for Confluence Cloud, so no action is required from you.
