Optimizer will display all of your Jira Projects in one single table which makes it quick and easy to analyze and configure. You can also view any Projects that have been added to Trash, but we’ll cover this the Trashed Projects user guide.

The Active Projects table will display all of the currently active Projects in Jira. This is updated real-time so it will give you an accurate view of your active Projects.

Accessing the Active Projects table

To access the Active Projects table, click Projects in the left-hand navigation menu in Optimizer, as shown in the image below.

Next, click the Active Projects option which is displayed and this will open the Active Projects table as shown below.

Alternatively, you can access the Active Projects table by clicking the Projects card in the System Overview, as shown in the image below.

Columns Displayed

The following columns will be displayed in the Smart Table and you can easily add or remove columns using the View button displayed below.

Inline Editing

There are a number of columns that can be Inline Edited in the Active Projects Smart Table. The list below provides a full breakdown of which ones can be Inline Edited.

Bulk actions

There are a number of Bulk Actions available in the Active Projects table. These include:

  • Permanently delete

  • Move to trash

  • Archive
