Active Projects

Optimizer will display all of your Jira Spaces (formerly known as Projects) in one single table which makes it quick and easy to analyze and configure. You can also view any Spaces that have been added to Trash, but we’ll cover this the Trashed Projects user guide.

The Active Spaces table will display all of the currently active Spaces in Jira. This is updated real-time so it will give you an accurate view of your active Spaces.

Accessing the Active Spaces table

To access the Active Spaces table, click Spaces > Active in the left-hand navigation menu in Optimizer, as shown in the image below.

This will open the Active Spaces table as shown below.

Alternatively, you can access the Active Spaces table by clicking the Spaces > Active row in the System Overview, as shown in the image below.

Columns Displayed

The following columns will be displayed in the Smart Table and you can easily add or remove columns using the View button displayed below.

Inline Editing

There are a number of columns that can be Inline Edited in the Active Spaces Smart Table. The list below provides a full breakdown of which ones can be Inline Edited.

Bulk actions

There are a number of Bulk Actions available in the Active Spaces table. These include:

  • Permanently delete

  • Move to trash

  • Archive

  • Change leads
