Getting Started
Matrix for Trello provides a number of additional features for you to utilize on your Trello Boards.
It allows you to visualize your Trello Cards on a Two-Dimensional Board which can be used for a whole range of different uses:
Risk Matrix - perform risk assessment by defining the level of risk by considering the category of probability or likelihood against the category of consequence severity.
SWOT Matrix - plotting Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats is a technique for assessing the four main aspects of your business. It is designed for use in the preliminary stages of decision-making processes and can be used as a tool for evaluation of the strategic position of a city or organization.
SVOR Matrix - similar to the SWOT Matrix, the SVOR matrix helps plot Strengths, Vulnerabilities, Opportunities, and Risks in your business.
Other Matrices - individual projects and organizations may need to create their own or tailor an existing matrix - for example applying ISO, DoD or NASA-defined matrix types to your Trello Board.
