Approvals for monday.com - January 2026

We’re delighted to announce the January 2026 update to Approvals for monday.com has just been released.

Please be aware that due to a change to how we process notifications, all users will need to authenticate the app upon first use following this release. The additional permissions are needed to use Monday APIs from our app back-end which is how we now send approval notifications. This will only be requested once per account.

Bug fixes 🐛

• Fixed an issue where notifications would sometimes not be sent for approvals if a user leaves the page too quickly after triggering an approval round.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Approvals for monday.com, so no action is required from you.
