Approvals for monday.com - February 2026

We’re delighted to announce the February 2026 update to Approvals for monday.com has just been released.

Improvements 🛠️

• We have migrated our sentence builder integrations to Monday.com’s new workflow blocks structure. Their functionality is unchanged by this enables the following blocks to be used in the new automation builder:

  • Apply an approval template

  • Start the approval process

• The legacy versions of these integrations can still be used in the legacy automation builder and existing automations will continue to function unless and until Monday remove them. Monday have not currently announced if or when they will do this.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Approvals for monday.com, so no action is required from you.
