You can easily view which Filters have inactive owners using the Health Checks in Optimizer for Jira.

The ‘Filters with inactive owners’ Health Check detects filters where the owner is no longer active on Jira.

Viewing and actioning results

Clicking the ‘Results' link will take you to a smart table showing the full list of filters the check identifies. From the smart table, you can perform actions such as deleting no longer needed filters.
