Pricing Update - November 2025

What changes are taking place?

We’re making some changes to the pricing of our apps - Approvals for Confluence, Compliance for Confluence, Optimizer for Jira and Workflows for Confluence. The changes will affect existing and new license sales, as well as all quotes for our apps on the Atlassian Marketplace, including renewals.

When does the price change take effect?

The price change process will begin on 11th Nov 2025, with specific details below:

• New customers will be charged at the new rate, as of 11th Nov 2025

• For renewing customers, prices will remain the same until 60 days following the 11th Nov 2025 (in other words, until 11th Jan 2026), at which point all renewals will be priced at the new rate.

• If you have received a firm quotation that predates 11th Nov 2025, that quote will be honored under the prior pricing until it expires. New quotes generated after 11th Nov 2025 will be based on the new pricing. 

Why is the price changing?

This adjustment reflects the rising costs across our industry, our commitment to maintaining the standard of the service we provide during the continued transition from DC to Cloud, and the many new features and improvements we’ve introduced based on customer feedback.
