Once you start experimenting with the different Workflow Actions that are available, you might find on occasions these are not behaving as you would expect them to.
You can use the View Actions feature to get a list of the 100 most recently run Actions on the current workflow.
When an Action is successful you will see the Date it took place, the Status, and the Action Type. As well as this the Space and Page that the Workflow was running on.
If there is an error causing the Action to not work as intended, this will be displayed on the right hand side in the Error column.
You can click on the Arrow to get a more detailed view of the stack trace that has caused the error:
In this example we can see the error was caused by the URL supplied not matching the Domains specified in the Credential. These Error logs will help you get an understanding of the route cause of a problem and help you identify what needs to be adjusted to get the Action working.
