Importing a Workflow

Import a global workflow into your space

To save building a workflow from scratch, you can import a copy of a global workflow into your space. Then change its approvers, settings and other details to suit your requirements.

Before you start: You need Space Admin permission for the space you're importing into.

Steps

Go to your space and open Space Settings.
Under Integrations, select Workflows. The Workflows tab will be your first view.
Select Import. The Import dialog opens and lists the global workflows available to you.
Check the box next to each workflow you want to import.
Select Import Workflows.

The imported workflows now appear in your space's workflow list, and you can edit them from there. Don’t forget to toggle ‘Enabled’ to on, so you can apply the workflows to pages in your space.

Please note: Importing creates a copy. Changes you make to it won't affect the original global workflow.
