Space Detail
Overview
The Space Detail Dashboard provides a consolidated view of page classification and data detection insights, and relates each of these together, for a chosen Confluence space.

You can use the search to find a particular Confluence space by key. You can also click the ‘See more details’ icon, available next to Space names on any of the charts seen on the Page Classification and Sensitive Data dashboards, to view insights for a particular Space.
Classifications by Level / Sensitive Data Detections by Type
These views provide an overall summary of classification level usage / data detections for the selected Confluence space.
Classifications by Level – highlights the prevalence of each level by displaying the total number of pages assigned to each level, and calculates the proportion each level represents within the space.
Sensitive Data Detections by Type – highlights the prevalence of each detection type by displaying the total number of detections identified, and calculates the proportion each detection type represents within the space.

As seen with these same views on the Page Classification and Sensitive Data dashboards, various sorting, filtering, and exporting controls are available.
Sensitive Data Detections by Page Level
This view illustrates the relationship between classification levels and detected data within a given space. You can explore the data through two perspectives:
Group by Level
This table displays all classification levels where sensitive data has been detected on assigned pages. It also highlights the distribution of detection types across these pages, helping you understand how different classifications align with the presence of sensitive data.
For example, pages classified as Highly Restricted may be expected to contain more sensitive information, such as social security numbers or credit card numbers. In contrast, less restrictive classifications like Public should ideally have little to no sensitive data detected.

Group by Detector
This table displays all detection types with their number of detections and distribution across different classification levels. It helps you assess how sensitive data is spread across your space and whether pages are classified appropriately given the types of data they contain.
For example, detections of credit card numbers may primarily appear on pages classified as Highly Restricted, while email addresses might be more common across Internal or Public pages.
