How do I install Captionizer?
You can install Captionizer by following the instructions outlined in the Installing Captionizer section. Make sure you also have a license for Rovo!
Why is Captionizer not finding any images on a page?
Sometimes the agent needs the page to be refreshed, or you might need to open a new chat for Captionizer to see the new changes on a page.
Why does Captionizer say there was an error when captioning my images?
Captionizer has a limit on how many images it can caption in one go, make sure you are only trying to caption a maximum of 6 images at a time. This will provide optimum results and provide quicker responses.
