Workflows for Miro - February 2025

We’re delighted to announce the February 2025 update to Workflows for Miro has just been released.

New features 💎

• Workflows can now be applied to frames within a board as well as to the board as a whole.

• The landing page for the app panel is now a list of all the workflows on the board.

• You can now add multiple app cards to a board (one per workflow).

• Workflow history will now show the history for global workflows only, or for the relevant frame if accessed via a frames workflow.

• Added a button to zoom the viewport to the frame which a workflow is applied to.

Improvements 🛠️

• Added a (default enabled) option to create an app card as part of the apply workflow process.

• Copy-pasting app cards now results in app cards which function normally. Although, they will not allow use of the modal after being pasted until the workflow next receives an update.

Bug fixes 🐛

• Fixed an error that could occur in the workflow status display when an approver had previously used the app but now had an expired access token.

Updating to the latest version: this update has been automatically applied to Workflows for Miro, so no action is required from you.
