Pricing plans: Workflows for Miro

Workflows for Miro uses a credit-based pricing model. This means that all of the apps features are available regardless of which plan you purchase. Each plan will give an amount of credits which are refreshed monthly, and unspent credits cannot be carried over to future months.

A plan is purchased by an individual on behalf of their organisation and allows all users in the organisation to use the app with no upper limit. The monthly credit allowance is shared between all users in the organisation. This means that if you have the 15 credit plan, 15 credits can be spent each month between all users and boards within your organisation.

Each credit entitles you to apply one workflow to a board. Once a workflow is applied to a board, all users are free to interact with that workflow at no further credit cost. Please note that if you remove a workflow from a board, it will cost another credit to apply another workflow, even you choose the same workflow template.

Price Plans

The available options for credit quantities are:

• 15 credits per month - $20 per month

• 50 credits per month - $40 per month

• Unlimited credits - $100 per month

How to start your free trial of Workflows for Miro

Once you install Workflows for Miro, opening the app will present you with the license options. To activate your free trial, choose the free trial option from the list and click ‘Purchase’. You will be prompted for your email address, but no card details are required. This email address will be tied to any purchases you make in the future, although you can change it at any time by managing your license.

Your organisation may only activate one free license. If you don’t see the option, it may have already been used.

While you have a free trial you will be able to see how long is remaining from the add workflow screen within the app. You can add a payment method or change your plan using the ‘Manage trial’ button. If you choose to add a payment method, when your trial ends you will be billed and renewed for whichever plan you have selected. The unlimited credit plan is the default, allowing you unlimited use of the app during the trial period.
