Take advantage of the automation features built into the pro version of Approvals for Trello and streamline your approval processes. The automation will move cards to specific lists in your Trello board based on the approval status. For example, if a card is approved you could use the automation to move it to a list that’s named “Approved” or “Ready to go”.

Setting up card automation based on approval status'
The automation feature is built into the pro version of Approvals for Trello.
Open Approvals for Trello in the navigation bar
Click on the “+” sign
Under “Move on Approval”, select the column you want to collate all approved cards
Under “Move on Rejection”, select the column you want to collate all rejected cards
In the example below, the Trello Card automatically moves through the sales pipeline once it has been approved.
