Create Rule Schemes
Confluence admins can easily group Automation Rules into Rule Schemes, and these can be applied to your entire Confluence instance or specific spaces, depending on your requirements.
Rule Schemes have been designed to provide greater flexibility and customization when using Automation Rules in Compliance for Confluence.
To create new Rule Schemes, access Settings in the left-hand navigation bar within Compliance. Next, navigate to Rule Schemes (A). To create your own scheme, click on ‘Create rule scheme’ (B).
Once the 'Create automation rule scheme' (C) window has opened, you can start customizing your Rule Scheme. Add a name and description to the rule scheme and then select the Automation Rules you want to include in the Rule Scheme using the drag-and-drop interface. The order of the rules in the scheme determines the order they in which they will be applied when multiple rules are triggered by a sensitive data scan of a page.
Important: Only Automation Rules added to the Rules in Scheme box will be applied (when triggered) if this scheme is applied to a Confluence space.
Once you are happy with your selection, click Create, and the Rule Scheme will be created and added to the table on the Rule Schemes page.
