Compliance for Confluence - Price Increase Oct 2024
We’re making some changes to the pricing of our leading app, Compliance for Confluence, on the Atlassian Marketplace, as detailed below.
When does the price change take effect?
The price change process will begin on 24th Oct 2024. It will affect existing and new license sales, as well as all quotes for Compliance for Confluence on the Atlassian Marketplace, including renewals.
New customers will be charged at the new rate, as of 24th Oct 2024.
For renewing customers, prices will remain the same until 60 days following the 24th Oct 2024, at which point all renewals will be priced at the new rate.
If you have received a firm quotation that predates 24th Oct 2024, that quote will be honored under the prior pricing until it expires. New quotes generated after 24th Oct 2024 will be based on the new pricing.
Why is the price changing?
Our pricing hasn’t increased for over two years. During this time, we have all experienced significant cost increases in line with rises in inflation so, like many of our fellow vendors, we've had to make the decision to pass on a cost increase to our customers.
However, we have also spent the past two years introducing a number of notable new features and upgrades to both Compliance for Confluence Cloud and Compliance for Confluence DC:
For Compliance for Confluence Cloud, customers can now benefit from:
Sensitive data detection
Ability to scan confluence for sensitive data
Default Classification levels for pages
Admin authority to pick a classification level which will be automatically added to pages when they are created
Custom detection types
Option for Admins to create custom patterns (regular expressions) to capture a virtually infinite number of types of data.
Hierarchy based classification
Option for Admins to disallow the lowering of classification levels on pages
Draft, Archive, Publish capability for classification levels
Classification levels with a lifecycle to allow the chance for review and configuration of levels before they are able to be applied to pages
Classification permissions
Capacity for Admins to control who can classify pages
Audit logs
An auditable log of user activity in Compliance for Admins
For Compliance for Confluence DC, customers can now benefit from:
Custom detection types
Option for Admins to create custom patterns (regular expressions) to capture a virtually infinite number of types of data.
