Getting Pages Approved

Elliot is a columnist for a local newspaper. He has recently drafted an article for a newest edition and needs to get it approved by the 2 creative directors. This is the standard process for this agency when writing articles for the paper.

By using Approvals for Confluence, Elliot has a solution that can help meet this obligation and get the approvals he requires.

Product Features

  • Page Approvals

  • Email Notifications

  • Approval Teams

Use Case

In Approvals for Confluence, Elliot is able to create an Approval Team to save time and standardize his approval processes.

At this newspaper, the Space Admin has setup an [Approval team] to include the two Creative Directors. The Approval Teams can be easily modified if employees change role or leave the business. Elliot uses this Approval Team for his article and selects them in the Approval byline.

The Page Approval also needs to expire if any changes are made. Fortunately, this can be easily set up by Elliot in the page approval options. After he has written a draft of the article the approval with all the correct configurations can be added via the byline.

When it is added, every member of the approval team is sent an email [notifications] requesting their approval. Elliot is also emailed who has approved/rejected the document.

Overall, Approvals for Confluence provides a quick and easy way to add approvals to your pages saving you a lot of time.
