Approvals Central Control

The Central Control Page is for navigating between key features of Approvals for Confluence Cloud which includes:

1. Approvals Dashboard

2. Approvals Search

3. Approvals Help Center

Central Control Page can be accessed using the app menu. Click on Approvals to open the page. This will open the Approvals Dashboard by default.

Accessing Approvals Dashboard

Click Approvals Dashboard to open the approvals dashboard to get all the key information on page approvals and section approvals.

Page Approvals

Page approvals features 3 key tables:

1. Pending Approvals Requested by You

2. Pending Your Approval

3. Approvals Requested by You Expiring in the Next 30 Days

Section Approvals

Section Approvals features 3 key tables:

1. Pending and Expired Approvals Requested by You

2. Pending Your Approval

3. Recently Approved by You

Accessing Approvals Search

Click Approvals Search to open the search page, to view all the pages that are currently pending review, approved or rejected. Detailed instructions of approvals search is outlined here.
