Configuration Settings

Approvals for monday.com is packed with powerful features and are also flexible. You can easily configure the approval settings to suit your needs and have complete control over how you use the app.

We will walk through the different options listed within the approvals settings.

Approval columns

Navigate to the app settings icon (A) found within any item.

This list of options will open, and the first two options of the list relate to adding approval columns to your board, which will help you manage the approval progress of any item. We have created a useful guide to help you get started.

Minimum approvals and rejections required

If your team needs to comply with existing processes that require a specific number of approvals before a task can be signed off, you can select the minimum number of approvals and rejections (B) needed for an item to be approved.
