Fixed an issue with the Custom Fields Deep Dive feature where it displays 'Results are limited' even if they are within limits.

To improve intuitiveness of the UI, Auto Context Scan now displays all Global Custom Fields. It shows whether they can/cannot have Auto Context applied to them.
