In Jira, Administrators can manage Project permissions through Permission Schemes. A Permission Scheme itself is just an object that Jira references when checking permission in your projects.

To view all Permissions Scheme objects in your Jira instance, select Schemes in the menu on the left hand-side, then Permissions Schemes.

Optimizer provides an interface that allows you to see at glance all Permissions Schemes on your system.
