Maintenance

In rare circumstances you may need to perform troubleshooting on Approvals for Confluence. There are some tools you can use below but please feel free to contact our support team if you are having problems and we will be happy to help.

Remove Invalid Approvals:

• Removes all approvals whose pages and spaces no longer exist

• Marks all but the latest approval as superseded

Reset All Notifications:

• This will remove all active in-app notifications for users
