Page Approval Permissions

The Space Admin can configure which users can create or edit approvals within Confluence spaces. This feature gives you added control over the use of Approvals for Confluence across your pages and spaces.

Note: Page Approval Permissions can only be configured by a Space Admin.

If you would like to set up specific permissions at a Space level, follow the steps below:

1. Access Space Settings and then navigate to App Links > Approvals

2. Under Permissions, click on groups and enter the group(s) you would like to give the permission to create and edit approvals.

3. Once complete, only users belonging to those groups have the ability to add or update page approvals.
